and you warrant that you have the right to post such content and that it does
not violate copyrights, intellectual property or any other third party rights.
We reserve the right to remove any content that does not comply with our
T&Cs. We may also use the photos and videos you post for promotional
purposes on our platform.
Language moderation in chats:
We reserve the
right to moderate the language used in OowaoO chats to ensure that our platform
remains a respectful and safe environment for all users. We may remove any
message that contains offensive, discriminatory or illegal language. We may
also suspend or terminate your account if you violate our moderation rules.
Services Provided by Affiliate
Marketing:
We may offer
affiliate marketing services on OowaoO. In this case, we act as an intermediary
between you and the third-party advertisers, and we cannot be held responsible
for the products or services provided by these advertisers. By using the
Affiliate Marketing Services, you also agree to the Terms of Service of such

External carpooling service:

carpooling service in collaboration with an external service provider. In this

Creation of
parental accounts with user profiles for children:
Only people
over the age of 18 are allowed to create an account on OowaoO. However, parents
can create user profiles for their children under 18, which will be attached to
the parent’s main account, with user rights adapted to minors. It is the
responsibility of parents to monitor the interactions between their children
and other members of the community on OowaoO.
